I work for Business Clan, an amazing, multi-award winning agency who provide all the services SMEs struggle to do for themselves. There's copywriting of course! But also social media, marketing, accountancy, legal and HR services. They really are a one stop shop which makes life SO much easier for a small business that is already busy enough. If you've spent more than five minutes with me when I'm in work mode - and frankly, sometimes when I'm not - you'll know my pet subject is the value of a good brief. I can bore the pants off you about briefs. But no, wait! I can also be really insightful on the subject.
